What is the Heart-feeling?

The “heart feeling” is something that cannot truly be put into words.
You might call it intuition, life energy, unconditional love, self-love, or something similar. I call it the heart-feeling.
 

It describes the perception of our true self and of life itself. It is that sense of home, that inner radiance.
 

I am sure you have already experienced this feeling many times — perhaps in a moment with another person, while doing something you love and become completely absorbed in, while listening to a piece of music, or in similar situations. Often, we describe these moments of connection with our heart feeling as defining moments in our lives.

It is completely natural that we usually only experience this feeling in rare moments, as everyday life is often shaped in a way that it gets drowned out by external influences.
 

When we lose access to our heart feeling for a longer period of time, it can feel as if we are only functioning. As if we have become disconnected from ourselves. The consequences may appear as dissatisfaction, inner emptiness, or physical and mental imbalance.

However, there is a very simple way to reconnect with this heart feeling. We can train ourselves to sense it more and more again, step by step.

Das wiederholte bewusste Wahrnehmen des Herzgefühls kann sich positiv auf das Lebensgefühl und das allgemeine Wohlbefinden auswirken. 

Herzgefühl & Logik

Das Herzgefühl hilft uns, mehr im Jetzt zu leben - der Verstand wird dabei bewusst mit einbezogen.

Ablauf

Die Methodik beinhaltet Übungen zum Wahrnehmen von Gedanken, eine Meditation sowie das Aufspüren des Herzgefühls.

Als promovierte (Astro-)Physikerin verbinde ich innere Arbeit und Meditation stets mit analytischer Reflexion und Logik.
Es liegt in meiner Natur, Dinge tiefgehend zu hinterfragen und einen Zugang zum Herzgefühl zu schaffen, der auch für den Verstand logisch ist.
